MKBHD's early hands-on impression is much less dramatic than Google's launch messaging. He describes the new phones as a frustratingly incremental improvement over the Pixel 10 generation rather than the major hardware leap some Pixel fans were waiting for.

What Is Actually New on the Pixel 11?
